We're growing a Pineapple.... Update 1

I did a blog post on January 2011 and now I"m updating on the progress of the growing of my pineapple.

Look at it now.....

It's been interesting to watch something plant like grow for such a long period of time.  Wow how 2 years has really gone quite quickly and with soo much happening for us in that 2 years.

Look at Ryan since my last pineapple blog post, Wow He's 3 now!  Started swimming lessons this year and he's into his last full year at home with Me.  Meanwhile Bella is in her Grade 4.  When we planted this pineapple she said we would be able to eat it when she is in Grade 5.  OH gosh.

We're Growing a Pineapple!

Bella decided a while ago that we should grow a pineapple. So today i got a nice pineapple from the fruit shop.

I did some research google & i was suprised at how easy it is grow a pineapple! It's just going to be a LOOONNNGGG wait to get out pinapple, it takes 2-3yrs to grow 1......

If anyone has any tips on this growing pinapples thing or you have grown one before, please share your experience with me please???
